Halloween is fast approaching (have you seen our store decorations??!!), which means it's time for the 23rd annual Piedmont Avenue Halloween Celebration! Hurray!!!!
On Halloween day, Saturday, October 31st, get things started right with FREE cartoons at the Piedmont Theater at 9:45 am and get ready for the Halloween Parade!!! The parade meets at Montell and Piedmont Avenue and starts at 11am! Watch out for Cartwheelers from Kids-In-Motion, Stiltwalkers from the Prescott Circus and Kinetic Arts Center, Jim the Bagpiper, and of course all the kiddies in their costumes!
We're a candy station, so come show us your costumes after the parade for a little trick or treat between noon and 6pm! We've got cupcakes and cider for everyone (even special witches brew for the adults!!!!).
The Piedmont Avenue Halloween Parade is the most kid and pet friendly Halloween event in Oakland, so get dolled (or ghouled) up and begin your Halloween with some fun!!!! Or stop by on your way out to a night on the town--we'd love to see you!
