Sinister has been kicking around the poetry world since 1987 since he
discovered the Smack My Crack compilation released by John Giorno on his
Giorno Poetry Systems label while borrowing records from a guy down the
hall. His life was forever changed and he sought out more by Burroughs,
Ken Nordine, Jello Biafra, Lydia Lunch, and Henry Rollins. Nine
chapbooks and four books of poetry later, Sinister is a seasoned Bay
Area poet, stand up comedian, and a self-help author.
